This website is operated by Dutch Heritage Cosmetics. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Dutch Heritage Cosmetics.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products.
Due to natural ingredients, handcrafted production methods, lighting conditions, photography, and differences between devices and screens, slight variations in colour, texture, scent, appearance, or consistency may occur.
Such variations do not constitute defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, pricing, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.
5. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Submitting an order does not automatically create a binding contract.
Dutch Heritage Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
The purchase agreement becomes effective once the order has been accepted or dispatched.
6. Payments
Payment must be received and successfully authorised before an order can be processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud, unauthorised activity, or payment irregularities are suspected.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only.

Dutch Heritage Cosmetics is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge until 17:00 (5:00 PM Amsterdam time, CET/CEST) on the day the order is placed, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
Customers may still have rights under applicable withdrawal or consumer protection laws.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products are not eligible for return once the protective seal has been removed, opened, damaged, or otherwise compromised.
10. Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Dutch Heritage Cosmetics until full payment has been received.
11. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, product descriptions, logos, branding, and website design, is the property of Dutch Heritage Cosmetics or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or otherwise used without prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or policies of any third-party websites.
Accessing third-party websites is done entirely at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dutch Heritage Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Dutch Heritage Cosmetics shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, government actions, transportation disruptions, communication failures, or interruptions in third-party services.

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
Any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.

The most recent version will always be published on this website.
Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
