Shipping policies are subject to applicable laws. Dutch Heritage Cosmetics is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where Do We Deliver?
We offer worldwide shipping.
Please note that certain countries may have import restrictions on cosmetic products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may legally be imported into their country.

The shipping carrier used may vary depending on destination, availability, and operational circumstances.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders from the Netherlands placed on business days before 19:00 (7:00 PM CET) are generally shipped the same day, subject to stock availability and operational circumstances.
Orders from all other countries placed on business days before 18:00 (6:00 PM CET) are generally shipped the same day, subject to stock availability and operational circumstances.
Orders placed after these cut-off times, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods, holidays, or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be longer.

Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier and to take any necessary action regarding delivery, collection, customs clearance, or communication with the carrier.
Lost, Missing or Undelivered Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us as soon as possible.
Before contacting us, please:

Check around your property and any designated safe place.

Check with household members.

Check with neighbours.

Verify the delivery information provided by the carrier.
Shipping carriers only allow parcel investigations to be opened within a limited period after delivery. Therefore, any delivery issue must be reported to us within 5 calendar days of the carrier's recorded delivery date.
Reports made after this period may no longer be eligible for investigation with the carrier.
If a parcel is reported missing after the carrier's investigation period has expired, Dutch Heritage Cosmetics may be unable to assist further or offer compensation.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Dutch Heritage Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, weather damage, misplacement, or damage occurring after delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Dutch Heritage Cosmetics is not responsible for:

Delayed deliveries.

Failed deliveries.

Returned shipments.

Additional shipping charges.

Lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
Returned Parcels
A parcel may be returned to Dutch Heritage Cosmetics for various reasons, including but not limited to:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Failure to collect the parcel from a pickup location within the carrier's holding period.

Refusal of delivery by the recipient.

Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other government charges.

Failure to respond to requests from customs authorities or the shipping carrier.

Failure to comply with local import regulations.
If a parcel is returned to Dutch Heritage Cosmetics, any return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, administrative fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the carrier or customs authorities will be deducted from any refund issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping. For orders that received free shipping, the actual shipping costs incurred by Dutch Heritage Cosmetics may be deducted from the refund.
If the customer does not wish to have the parcel reshipped, a refund will be issued for the products only, less any applicable shipping costs, return costs, customs charges, storage fees, handling fees, administrative fees, or other costs incurred.
If the customer wishes to have the parcel reshipped, all additional shipping, return, customs, handling, and administrative costs must be paid in full before the parcel is resent.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For international shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling charges, and other government-imposed fees may apply.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Dutch Heritage Cosmetics has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs.
Customs Delays, Refusals & Seizures
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can legally be imported into their country.
Dutch Heritage Cosmetics is not responsible for parcels that are:

Delayed by customs.

Held for inspection.
-
Refused entry.
-
Returned by customs.
-
Destroyed, abandoned, or confiscated by customs authorities.
Refunds will not be issued for products destroyed, abandoned, or confiscated by customs authorities.
Multiple Delivery Addresses
We do not support multiple delivery addresses within a single order.
If you wish to ship products to different addresses, separate orders must be placed.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes where supported by the carrier.
We do not ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
