Right of Withdrawal (EU)
For orders shipped within the European Union, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal request before the fourteen-day period expires.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge until 17:00 (5:00 PM Amsterdam time, CET/CEST) on the day the order is placed, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may exercise their legal right of withdrawal after receiving the order, where applicable.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Customers must notify us of their intention to withdraw within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order.

Returned products must be unused.

Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products are adequately packaged for transport.
Once a withdrawal has been communicated, products must be returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days thereafter.
Sealed Cosmetic Products
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products once the protective seal has been removed, opened, damaged, or otherwise compromised after delivery.
This includes products protected by shrink-wrap or comparable hygiene seals.
Products with broken, removed, damaged, or altered seals are not eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened cosmetic products.

Used cosmetic products.

Cosmetic products with broken, removed, damaged, or altered hygiene seals.

Products returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Using the correct return address.

Adequately packaging returned products.

Retaining proof of shipment.

Providing tracking information upon request.
If a return shipment is lost, damaged, misdelivered, or cannot be verified due to insufficient packaging, incorrect addressing, or the absence of shipment tracking, Dutch Heritage Cosmetics reserves the right to withhold a refund until the returned goods have been received.
Uncollected, Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, not collected from a pickup point, returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or otherwise returned through no fault of Dutch Heritage Cosmetics, we reserve the right to deduct any actual shipping, return shipping, customs, storage, handling, administrative, or carrier charges incurred from any refund.
This applies regardless of whether free shipping was offered at the time of purchase.
Partial Returns and Free Shipping Thresholds
If part of an order is returned and the remaining order value falls below the applicable free shipping threshold, Dutch Heritage Cosmetics reserves the right to deduct the standard shipping fee applicable at the time of purchase from the refund amount.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing may take up to ten (10) business days after approval. Financial institutions may require additional time before the funds appear in the customer's account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers wishing to receive a different product should place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.
